When: The second week each month -- day of the week varies, but it’s usually on the second Tuesday

Where: Keystone PT office at 330 N Main St, Suite 75, Kaysville, UT 84037 (below the King&King building)

What time: 6:30 - 9 pm

How much: $75 per couple

Pay via website, Venmo, or cash at the door
